Client: Wilmington College
Sq Feet: 14,143 SF Lease
Assignment:Wilmington College was located in two suburban “B” locations and enrollment was decreasing as out of state colleges began entering the market. Murphy-Abernethy suggested a single consolidated location in a class “A” building and location.

Assignment:One of the largest accounting firms in the Greater Cincinnati area Jackson, Rolfes, Spurgeon & Co. needed a long term solution to accommodate their rapid growth. The solution was found at the Midland Building where JRS will occupy the entire 2nd floor which will allow for future expansion.

Assignment:The Murphy-Abernethy Office Group was retained by Barnes, Dennig & Co. to help them determine the best course of action regarding their real estate. This local accounting firm located in the CBD (Carew Tower) had been experiencing strong success and growth, and needed assistance with future space requirements and an assessment of their lease costs. The Murphy-Abernethy Office Group, which also included an architect, construction manager, and relocation specialist, presented Barnes, Dennig & Co. with various opportunities. Following extensive analysis and negotiation, a lease was executed at the Federal Reserve Building.
