| Career History | Norm Khoury began his real estate career at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT) in 1986. He was the first
industrial broker in the Cincinnati office, working the rural second tier cities. He covered properties from
Lima, Ohio to Georgetown, Kentucky, working the I-71, I-75 & I-70 corridors. With his knowledge of the
areas outside of Cincinnati, Norm facilitated the expansion into the Dayton market.
Norm became a Vice President in 1995 and a shareholder in 2000. Prior to joining CTMT, Norm was
responsible for over $10,000,000 in annual sales in the Los Angeles market, as a sales executive for a Fortune
500 financial services company.
