| Career History | Jim joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT) in October 1998, and specializes in office sales and leasing. Over the past five years he has completed over 5 million square feet of office sale and lease transactions valued at over $460 million.
In 2003, Jim was promoted to Vice President and in 2004 was named a Principal of the firm. Most recently Jim was appointed to the CTMT Board of Directors. Jim has completed his CCIM coursework as well as his SIOR designation and received the coveted dual designation held by less than 5% of commercial real estate professionals.
