Client: Unigraphics Solutions, Inc. Project: Relocation of Corporate Headquarters Challenge: Evaluation of various build-to-suit 10-year lease alternatives for relocation of corporate headquarters after IPO an spin-off from EDS. Solution: Secured economic incentives of $2.7 million from local and state programs. Developed comprehensive build-to-suit request for proposal and provided construction management services throughout the construction process.

Client: Martiz Inc. Project: Relocation of a major West Coast operating division Challenge: Finishing 80,000 sf facility on time and ahead of schedule. Solution: Assisted in the evaluation of various alternatives to accommodate the relocation of a major West Coast operating division that resulted in a 12-year build-to-suit lease in Gardena, California. Coordinated all aspects of the project including selection of site, architect and developer. Enabled Maritz to finish process ahead of schedule and under budget.
