Assignment:Achieved a net savings of approximately $1.3 million compared to the landlord's initial offer. Cassidy Turley assisted in the evaluation of alternatives to accommodate expansion from 45,000 to 80,000 SF, including build-to-suit, purchase and renewal options, ultimately resulting in the renewal and expansion of existing premises.

Assignment:Negotiated a lease for temporary premises and disposed of 75,000 SF of excess space. Cassidy Turley assisted with the evaluation of various lease and purchase alternatives to accommodate relocation of 500 employees to St. Louis as a result of the acquisition of Mayflower Moving and Storage in Indianapolis.

Assignment:Secured economic benefits of a long term lease with maximum flexibility for early termination. Cassidy Turley assisted in evaluating downtown and suburban relocation options for new corporate headquarters for new information technology division, including existing and build-to-suit facilities.

Assignment:Restructured and extended existing lease at below market rents. Assisted in the evaluation of various lease alternatives, including renewing at existing location. By focusing on minimum tenant improvement expenditures, Cassidy Turley was able to restructure the lease to provide for below-market rents while also providing sufficient allowance for necessary improvements.

Assignment:Cassidy Turley assisted with coordinating the move of the new entity from each of the existing Grant Thornton offices throughout the U.S. Cassidy Turley project team developed a set of policies and procedures to locate and open new offices in each of the 15 cities within a 6-month time frame.

Assignment:Cassidy Turley assists Maritz Inc. with various corporate real estate projects, both locally and throughout the U.S. for its over 250 locations. Projects include the identification and leasing of excess space on its corporate headquarters of 1.2 million SF, an 80,000 SF build-to-suit facility in Torrance, CA, and the lease renewal and expansion of 8,000 SF in Philadelphia, PA.
