practice involving GIS, demographics, trend identifi cation and market data. His mastery of the subject allows
him to help his clients make extremely well informed business decisions.

Represented ATAPCO Offi ce Products Division in the sale of their 107,000 SF manufacturing facility on
27 acres in the Florence Kentucky Industrial Park.
Represented International Thomson Publishing in the lease of their 237,000 square foot distribution
facility near the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Hebron, Kentucky.
