| Career History | Served with a team of investment brokers on multiple institutional and private client transactions. Perry joined Cassidy Turley in 2004 after receiving his master’s degree from Vanderbilt University. Perry’s primary focus is investment sales in all asset classes and office landlord representation. He has completed $250 million in investment sales since joining the firm. Previously, he was President of Gooch Beasley, a residential construction and development business firm specializing in building and selling high-end homes located in Monteagle, TN, that he helped found in 1996. The 2002 revenues totaled $5,000,000. Sold the company in 2003.
