Rick joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in October 1998 specializing in office
sales and leasing.
Since then Rick has represented several institutional owners including Trizec Properties—owners of Metropolitan Square, the largest Class A property in the state of Missouri, Behringer Harvard Funds and their 330,000 square foot office tower, St. Louis Place, US Bank Corporation and their 750,000 square foot office tower, and RREEF Funds with their 175,000 square foot Class A office building. Rick has also represented other owners including Dierberg’s Markets,Greater Missouri Builders,and Security Building Partners. Rick has leased 200,000 square feet of listing assignments for property owners in the last 18 months.
Rick has represented several companies in procuring office space including Millennium Digital Media, Nu Era Group, Guth Lighting, H&R Block, Edward Jones, Missouri Foundation for Health, International Placement Services, Arch Coal, Inc. He has represented a total of 250,000 square feet of tenant rep assignments in the last 18 months.
