| Major Transactions | Since 1988, Jeff has completed more than 1,300 transactions totaling over 119 million square feet valued at over $4.4 billion. Some of his major transactions include:
Participated in local underwriting in $2.1 billion acquisition by RREEF of Cabot Industrial Trust for 41 million square feet.
Represented Eastman Kodak in the disposition of 5 million square foot Rochester, NY, campus to Continental Industrial
Represented Nine West Group’s corporate headquarters campus in the sale of 900,000 square feet to Principal Capital Group for $16.8 million.
Represented Cabot Industrial Trust in the acquisition of
700,000 square feet from Principal Capital Group for $11.8
million.
Represented Beiersdorf AG in the lease of 252,000 square feet from Duke for $7.2 million.

| Career History | Jeff joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 2002 after fourteen years as a top producer with CB Richard Ellis. Prior to beginning his brokerage career, he worked for Strickland and Wright in commercial and residential appraisal.
