Client: Verst Group Logistics Sq Feet: 425,000 Assignment: OBP represented Verst Group in the lease of 425,000 sf at 1100 Burlington Pike commencing in 2009.

Client: Opera Portables Sq Feet: 22,750 Assignment: OBP initially performed a search for a build-to-suit requirement. When no viable options came about, the client put in an offer on a facility we had listed in Hebron, Kentucky. The transaction closed in July 2003 for $1,350,000.

Client: Staples Sq Feet: 52,000 Assignment: OBP represented Staples in the search for a new facility.

Client: McGraw Kokosing Sq Feet: 232,000 Assignment: McGraw Kokosing, a general contractor and maintenance company, acquired 101 Clark Boulevard as part of an expansion plan.
