Client: Meritor Wabco Sq Feet: 101,460 SF Assignment: Meritor Wabco leased 101,460 square feet at 845 Lindbergh Court, Hebron, Kentucky, for 60 months.

Client: FACS Sq Feet: 106,000 SF Assignment: FACS, a division of Federated Department Stores, leased 106,000 square feet at 9249 Meridian Way, West Chester, Ohio, for 120 months.

Client: Kuehne & Nagel Sq Feet: 26,775 SF Assignment: Kuehne & Nagel leased 26,775 square feet at 1260 Aviation Blvd., Hebron, Kentucky, for 61 months with one month free base rent.

Client: Opera Portables Sq Feet: 22,750 Assignment: OBP initially performed a search for a build-to-suit requirement. When no viable options came about, the client put in an offer on a facility we had listed in Hebron, Kentucky. The transaction closed in July 2003 for $1,350,000.
