| Major Transactions | Keith served as Cassidy Turley's team leader representing The Millstone Company and MB Properties in the Fountain Lakes Commerce Center (FLCC) development in St. Charles. FLCC is a 475 acre mixed-use business park that includes industrial, office, hospitality and retail uses. In FLCC alone, Keith brokered the sale of developed land which led to the development of nearly 2 million square feet new construction.

| Career History | Keith opened the Cassidy Turley St. Charles Commercial Real Estate Office in 2000. Keith has extensive experience in business park development, providing in-depth expertise in land planning, site and utility review, market analysis, as well as the development of office, retail and industrial product types. In addition, he has provided numerous clients with professional guidance in the sale or purchase of investment real estate.
He has been full time in the commercial real estate brokerage business in St. Charles for over 20 years.
