| Major Transactions | Keith served as Cassidy Turley's team leader representing The Millstone Company and MB Properties in the Fountain Lakes Commerce Center (FLCC) development in St. Charles. FLCC is a 475 acre mixed-use business park that includes industrial, office, hospitality and retail uses. In FLCC alone, Keith brokered the sale of developed land which led to the development of nearly 2 million square feet new construction.

With nearly 25 years of brokerage experience in St. Charles and Metro West, his specialties include Office, Industrial Sales and Leasing, Land Sales and Development Consulting, Investment Property Sales as well as Bank-Owned Real Estate Dispositions.
In addition to the above, Keith also has extensive experience in business park development, providing in-depth expertise in land planning, site and utility review, and market analysis, as well as the development of office, retail and industrial product types.
