| Career History | Ben joined Cassidy Turley in August of 2005 as an Associate in the Corporate Solutions Division. The bulk of his time was working for two major clients: Siemens & Allstate Insurance Company.
Ben and his team were responsible for over 20 Million square feet and $110 million paid in annual rent on behalf of Siemens. His primary responsibilities on the Allstate account included managing and opening turn-key locations for Allstate's Exclusive Agents. His responsibilities consisted of market research, site selection, lease negotiations, construction management & vendor administration.
In December 2007, he joined th Industrial Division of CTMT as an Associate Broker. In late 2008, he moved to CTMT's St. Charles commercial real estate office where he is focused on a wide range of assignments in the St. Charles/St. Louis region.
