Career HistoryRebecca Wells has over 17 years of real estate investment experience and has worked on all types of transactions including investment sales, acquisitions, financing, structuring and negotiating of equity partnerships, loan restructuring and dispositions. Rebecca joined the Investment Services team at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 2001, and is currently the Co-Chair of the National Retail Investment Steering Committee. Prior to Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Rebecca worked for five years as a Senior Asset Manager for Mansur Investment Services in Indianapolis, Indiana. While with Mansur, Rebecca was responsible for a $200 million portfolio of office, retail and golf course properties located throughout the U.S. and London, England. Rebecca’s experience includes restructuring, negotiating and closing transactions ranging from $5 million to $65 million in size.
Rebecca began her career at GE Capital in Stamford, CT, completing GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) and going on to work in GE Capital’s Real Estate Group. Rebecca also worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for Moran & Associates, evaluating all types of commercial properties throughout the East Coast, ranging up to $150 million in value.
